The company CURRENT PRODUCTIONS (or "CURRENT") is the editor of the website http://www.omnilive.fr/.
In order to inform users of their rights and obligations when they visit the Website and use the services and contents offered there, CURRENT has established rules for the use of the Website.


For the purposes of these general conditions of use, the following terms have the following definition :
"Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions set forth herein for the purpose of defining the terms and conditions of access and use of the website.

"User" means the persons accessing the Website in order to consult and use, under the conditions defined in these General Conditions of Use, the Services and the Contents.


The Website is the property of CURRENT PRODUCTIONS, SAS with a capital of € 33.241 registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 532 150 489, whose registered office is at 260 rue du faubourg Saint-Martin - 75010 Paris.
The editor of the site is Mr. Cyril ZAJAC, in his capacity as President of CURRENT PRODUCTIONS.

The purpose of these General Conditions of Use is to define the contractual relations between the Users and CURRENT concerning the access and use of the Website and the Services.


Consultation of the Website and the use of the Services and Contents (on the Website or off Website) by the Users are governed by these Terms of Use.
CURRENT reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications made by CURRENT to the General Conditions of Use will be opposable to the Users from the moment they will be published on the Website.
Therefore, any User is invited to regularly consult the Terms of Use. Each new connection to the Website implies acceptance of the latest version of the Terms of Use.
To access the Website, minors must obtain the authorization of their parents or holders of parental authority concerning them.


CURRENT may place cookies on Users' computers when using the Website. These cookies allow Users to log on to the Website, use the Services, set audience metrics, or use social sharing features. It is the responsibility of any User to take all appropriate measures to protect his or her own data and software against any damages, including contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet. The User also undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the Website and the Services in any way whatsoever and in particular not to use any computer program intended to reach or render unavailable the Website, the Services and more widely the CURRENT information system.

7.1. The Website and the Services

The Website, including all text, illustrations, videos, images, sounds, data, databases and programs, including the underlying software and other technology, and more generally all original works on the website, are protected by Intellectual property rights and/or other rights that CURRENT holds or is authorized to use.
Except as permitted by law and in the absence of prior authorization from CURRENT and its successors, any reproduction or representation of the Website and its Contents, any extraction of data is prohibited and constitutes an act of forgery sanctioned civilly and with penalties. This prohibition includes copying, disaggregating, downloading, recording and generally hacking the Content made available on the Website.

7.2 Protection of Contents

The Contents accessible by the User are digital files protected by national and international provisions in the field of copyright and neighboring rights. They are exclusively reserved for private use.
Any use outside this framework is strictly prohibited, including the resale, exchange, rental of digital files or their transfer to a third party, and exposes its author to legal proceedings (civil and criminal). In particular, any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of the intellectual property rights attached to the Services and Websites, for any reason and on any medium without prior express of consent by CURRENT, is strictly prohibited.
The technical protection measures (or "MTP" as understood in Article L. 331-5 of the Intellectual Property Code) allow to control their use and are intended to offer the User maximum flexibility in the use of the recordings while protecting the rights holders from the Content. The User undertakes not to circumvent or infringe the said system of protection, nor to encourage third parties to perform such acts.


CURRENT and/or its service providers shall in no event be held liable for any direct or indirect material and/or immaterial damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from the use or the unavailability of the Website and the Services.
CURRENT declines all responsibility in the event of use of the Website and the Services not in conformity with the present General Conditions of Use.
CURRENT is not responsible for any delay in performance or for any breach of its obligations resulting from the General Conditions of Use which are due to a case of force majeure.
The User is liable for any damages it may cause to CURRENT. As such, the User agrees to guarantee and indemnify CURRENT and its partners against any and all claims, damages, complaints or requests from third parties arising from any violation of these Terms of Use, the rights of others or Laws and regulations. Fees relating to disputes shall be borne exclusively by the User.


CURRENT reserves the right to interrupt temporarily all or part of the Website or the Services for reasons related to the security of the Website or the Services or a failure of the User to one of the obligations referred to in the General Conditions Of Use.
CURRENT also reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the relationship resulting from the General Conditions of Use in the event that the User fails to fulfill any of the obligations contained in these Terms of Use.


The French laws are applicable to the present document.
The User agrees to seek an amicable resolution of the dispute with CURRENT before any referral of jurisdiction.
In the event of failure, disputes arising out of the formation, interpretation or execution of these General Conditions of Use shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Paris, including in summary proceedings or on application, notwithstanding appeal in Guarantee or plurality of defendants. For Users acting as a professional, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.
